Nick Davis is a trial lawyer who has substantial experience at every phase of litigation, from drafting initial pleadings through appeal. He has represented clients in high-stakes matters involving trade secrets, patent infringement, securities fraud, insurance coverage, government investigations, and complex commercial disputes. Mr. Davis has also devoted much of his time to pro bono representations in civil rights lawsuits, estate planning, and immigration and family court matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Davis was a litigation associate in the New York office of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP for four years. While attending law school, Mr. Davis was a member of the Editorial Board of the Duke Law Journal and a member of the Mock Trial Board.
